The answer is that when Pacquiao joined Jimmy Kimmel Live in April, Kimmel asked Pacquiao whether he would consider allowing Kimmel to join his entourage. “I will,” he said. Pacquiao, a man of his word, obviously decided it was a great idea.



Supposedly, Kimmel was going for a Bieber-esque look, since Bieber always seems to be within five feet of Mayweather when he’s fighting.
